Open Water Diver
This is the first step in your diving adventures. Over the course of 4 weeks and one weekend you will become a certified Open Water Diver. Each week will consist of a classroom session followed by a pool session to reinforce the lessons you have learned. When all the classwork and pool sessions are completed, it's off to an open water destination for your check out dives. Private and fast track classes are available for additional fees. Students are required to supply a SCUBA quality mask and snorkel for class.
Have you ever wanted to try SCUBA? Wondered what it's like to breathe underwater? This is your chance! This one night class will introduce you to the wonders of the underwater world. A short briefing and a few basic skills taught by our staff will get you underway.
Advanced Open Water
Are you ready to make a move to the next stage of your Scuba adventure? Sign up for our Advanced Open Water Diver course. This course is designed to introduce you to new types of diving and consists of 5 adventure dives. Navigation and Deep dives are required, the others are up to you to decide according to your interests. Peak Performance Bouancy, Wreck Diving, Search and Recovery, Night Diving, and Dry Suit Dives are all popular options for your remaining dives.
Have you seen a panicked diver? Wondered what to do if you or your buddy has an emergency while diving? The Rescue Diver course will help you develop skills to deal with these situations and many more. You will go over scenarios that involve emergency management, panicked diver response, self rescue, and missing diver procedures. This course will help you expand your diving awareness to those around you, and help you see potential problems before they become emergencies. This is generally regarded as the most rewarding course that many divers take.
Are you ready to join the ranks of Scuba Professionals? Want to lead groups of divers? Pass along your love of the underwater world? This course is the first level of Professional diving offered by PADI. When you have successfully completed the course you will be able to lead dives, demonstrate skills, teach the ReNew course, and work along side dive instructors helping students begin their own underwater adventures.
